General Information:
[/center]Kingdom of Pride headquarters is located in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Kingdom of Pride’s weekly event takes place in Cookeville, Tennessee. The venue used for the event every Sunday is Cookeville Community Center. The Cookeville Community Center can hold approximately 400 fans at capacity. These weekly shows are available to the Cookeville community at 2 AM on Monday mornings on the WNPX-TV station.
Kingdom of Pride will have a Super Show every month, these shows are later produced into a DVD with added features such as the main events from each Oblivion show leading up to the Super Show.
Kingdom of Pride is a localized wrestling company, with almost all shows occurring in Tennessee. Very seldom does Pride travel, and in general, when Kingdom of Pride does travel, it is not to another state, but instead to go on a tour of another country. These tours are normally done in Japan, but only occur rarely and are a very infrequent occurrence.
Kingdom of Pride is more of the typical independent federation. This means that Kingdom of Pride does not have the tons of pyros or huge titantron for entrances, but instead of pyrotechnics, Pride does feature a smoke machine which can be used as wrestlers make their way towards the ring. Kingdom of Pride also has a 52 inch flat screen LCD television which is hung above the entrance.
The Kingdom of Pride ring is the standard 20 foot by 20 foot wrestling ring with four sides to it. The ropes are all black and the turnbuckle coverings have a picture of a crown on them that has written within it the word Pride. The crowns and the word Pride are all stitched in white. In the center of the ring is also the KoP logo of a crown in a sky blue color. Just as it is on the turnbuckles, the word Pride is written in cursive in the center of the crown.
In Kingdom of Pride, all championships can change hands off of a disqualification or count out.
All tag team matches in KoP take place under scramble rules, which means that while only two men can be in the ring at one time, tags are not necessary to switch partners out, however they can be utilized.
During all matches, there is no specific rule for disqualifications or count outs. All disqualifications and count outs will be handed out on a case by case basis through the discretion of the referee.
Kingdom of Pride will have angles in between matches. In order to enhance storylines and rivalries between wrestlers, we do reserve the right to use your character to build a story against another. Don't worry, we won't do a thing to embarrass your character and you are more than welcome to send me promos for the show, as they will help improve the quality of the show and allow you to personalize your feuds.
