Patience, friend.
Anyway, my major criticism may be born of personal preference, but I'd avoid the "run down" RPs where you move through a list of opponents, talk a bit of trash, move on to the next one, etc. It's a bit too generic for my taste, and I think you'd be better off if you could weave that kind of direct match relevance into a more overarching theme/story/whatever.

Nothing wrong with using the art of the basic wrestling promo, not enough people do that anymore IMO.
I liked it, I got a good feel for Rich's character. The match relevance was all there and the transition from the tour to talking about the match was well executed. It didn't drag on too long and covered pretty much everything it needed to. A strong RP IMO.

Run downs can work if you've got the quality to back it up, which Rich does. Agree with the second point though. But again, you can get away with not having a story arc if your wrestler's got a great character. It shouldn't really count against you if your RPs have little relevance to each other, although it does help to fuel your writing.
