We see a small room. It may be the light, but the whole room looks a browny shade. A man in his mid fifties in a black suit sits at a desk in the corner. There is a knock at the door.
Man in suit
"Come!"
The door opens and Stephen Callaway walks in. He takes his Duffel coat off and hangs it on the peg of a coat-stand.
Man in suit
"Ah Stephen! It's been a while since our celebrity paid a visit."
Stephen is getting himself comfortable on a long, black, psychiatrists style, leather couch.
Stephen Callaway
"Celebrity's pushing it a little Doctor Saxon."
Dr Saxon
"Sports man? Wrestler? How are things? You've not been to see me since.... let me see now......"
Stephen Callaway
"April. Fine. Ish."
Dr Saxon
"Ish?"
Stephen Callaway
"I started at a new company. One I was at ended and a few of us migrated to this new one, see."
Dr Saxon
"And?"
Stephen Callaway
"And.. I thought this would be a fresh start, you know, after PWF, I figured get a couple of wins on the board, the confidence up a bit. I lost though. Start as I left of."
Dr Saxon
"Because of you coming here, I've taken to following your career. I watched last night, I felt you were unlucky."
Stephen Callaway
"Thing is Doc, these are guys I would have beaten in my sleep in SML. I've got a match on Sunday, I need to start winning!"
Dr Saxon
"I heard about that match. What do you feel?"
Stephen Callaway
"Valerie says to worry about guys like Storm, Neale, Dusty and Abel. I know them and their strengths. Enygma, Funky and Rage, I can pick of or leave them for the others."
Dr Saxon
"I didn't ask her opinion. I asked for YOURS."
Stephen Callaway
"That's the thing. I don't know. I thought I did. It used to come instinctively. Now I'm learning moves and holds I've never used before and they still don't work."
Dr Saxon
"You don't usually see me for wrestling talk. How's everything else?"
Stephen Callaway
"As you'd expect. Valerie came to the back to see me last night, only to find I'd wrecked the locker room. There was vases and artwork and lights and laptops all broken around the room. Me in the middle with a lamp in my hand. I would have thrown it if she hadn't screamed."
Dr Saxon
"Not good. And the OCD?"
Stephen Callaway
"Forty five minutes in the shower this morning and all I'd washed were my hands."
Dr Saxon
"Home life? What's it like out of the ring?"
Stephen Callaway
"Rare. I'm fine if I'm with someone. I can go shopping or on a plane and talk away. I can be funny, quick, occasionally serious and generally fun to be around. On my own though, my mind gets free. I over-think. I'm working out a match: will he counter that, what if he does?. I was washing the dishes on Friday, I ended up doing a ten minute promo with a spoon as my mike."
Dr Saxon
"You're keeping the mind sharp. I do it myself. Once I analyzed my wife just because she lay out on the sofa."
A small buzzing sound can be heard.
Dr Saxon
"That's time I'm afraid. Will you be booking for next week or should I pencil you in for March?"
Callaway is putting his coat on and walking to the door, his hands unraveling his Ipod wire.
Stephen Callaway
"When I'm like this, it has to be weekly. Tuesday good for you? I'm booked for Monday."
Dr Saxon
"Shouldn't be a problem, just book it with Selina. Goodbye now."
Callaway touches his head in a salute gesture before leaving the room.
